Workshop-Block #1: 2 Days

Module 1: Self development (I)

Module 2: Team development (You)

These modules are only bookable en bloc and take one day each. On the first day the participants will get better knowledge of them self, their skills and capabilities, to come more into contact with their full potential.On the following day we introduce tools and methods how the mutual understanding can be deepened, while the individual strengths and weaknesses are valued. So a collective potential can unfold and each individual contributes in their own way to the whole.

Workshop-Block #2: 3 Days

Module 3: Co-Creation (We)

In these three days the participants work on their current project, or a question or problem the team is facing. The team can also address an urgent national or global situation and try to find a solution in this workshop.

Depending on the assignment in the briefing or the composition of the participants, we work in group processes like U.lab, OpenSpace, FlowTeam method, or Dragon Dreaming, or individual facilitated methods to hold space for what will emerge.

Individual Modules: Deepening

To support the individual development of each participant and the team, we provide these optional modules which can be booked built on each other or separate. I suggest these to deepen and integrate the experience from the modules mentioned before. In these I work occasionally together with selected partners.
